The headbands are made of from plastic and covered in a fuzzy felt(-like fabric) The wings and ears are made of 2 layers thick glittery/sparkly paper with a thin layer of foam in between Double sided The wingspan is around16.5 inches. They are pretty rigid and hold their shape. These headbands are online store overstocks and/or returns. They are sold "as-is". I do not see any visible signs of major wear, damage, or use. Some headbands show signs of shelf wear. Please inspect the photos.
