Reposhing this item I purchased from @roses_thrift. Wore once. They are gorgeous in person and I really wanted to love them, but they don’t fit my wardrobe as much as I would like so I hope they can be the perfect fit for someone else.

IS THE WAIST ELASTIC? ALSO are they true to size or a bit bigger and also are they a stretchy velvet? Thank you

@nicolesodo The waist is not elastic and doesn't have much stretch to it. It is fairly true to size. I have in my notes that the waist should be 13.5" but I'll confirm for you when I get home later today.
