Adorable little black dress with a twist!

Neoprene flared skirt/bottom (19”). Lace top: front is lined; the back is not! Waist is 13-14” (there is a little give). It’s fun and flirty. Wear it to a wedding or dress it down with runners! It’s a winner. Worn once. Size reads M but it fits like a XS/S.
