Anthropologie velvet ruffle peplum top XL burgundy open shoulder

Brand is Anthro brand moulinette soeures. Absolutely stunning stretchy top. Bra friendly and so flattering. Has a bodycon fit. Pit to pit is 18 inches unstretched and length is 24 inches (of the top not including straps). I have a 36f bust and it fits me so it’s extremely stretchy but again, snug fit. Straps are slightly adjustable with a button in the back (2 lengths). Price on tag is USD, would say this runs a bit small for xl but still works on a large bust.
