This beautiful teapot dates back to 1912 according to the style of the makers mark.
It's made by Gibson & Sons out of Burslem.
Made of red clay in England.
It's features small hand painted flowers with beautiful scrollwork on both sides, almost completely wrapping the teapot.
Two tan colored bands fully wrap around, trimmed in gold.
The brown color is quite lovely, having an almost marble/woodgrain like look.
Measures 8 1/2" long from tip of the spout to the handle, approximately 5" wide and
5" tall.
This teapot has much crazing present. But it's in excellent shape and free of any chips or cracks.
