Antique silk purse made in France

Lovely antique purse made in France. Has some condition issues so could be a restoration project. Needs a thorough cleaning. Has patina on the frame and some stains inside. One hinge is broken but purse enclosure still opens and closes securely. Can still be used, worn, hung or placed In a shadow box. Please see photos for the best description thank you.
