Art glass dish clear, blue, brown polished base 5" across 2" tall

Art glass dish with polished base. Height is 2" from base to top lip, diameter is 5". Base glass is clear with swirls of blue and brown. Some surface scratches on base and one side at top (see photos). Some bubble inclusions. Would make a great display piece or trinket dish. Weighs 2.03 pounds. No identifying makers mark.
