Bratz Birthday Bash Cloe Doll Sweet 16 TLC

This doll is pre-owned and in used condition. Its been in storage for quite a few years so it will require from TLC. Some elastics were stuck in the hair and disintegrated, the hair is greasy and also stiff and will need some cleaning. There are marks and wear on the doll and clothing.
