Vintage hand painted character mug or small by Sterling, England. Measures about 3 1/4" tall. Excellent used condition. No chips or cracks, no noticeable wear. No crazing that I can see. Any imperfections are those that are part of the manufacturing process and are commonly found in these types of items.
