Gorgeous dress from COS (Clothing of Sweden) is cotton and black with a refurbished patch appliqué at front. Dress was in beautiful shape but hat a run near the waist so I added the appliqué Kelly green circle patches. Now it’s definitely unique. Otherwise in excellent condition.
