The silk blouse is in excellent used condition. It doesn’t have a fabric tag so I recommend using a handheld steamer to freshen it. The beauty of this fabric is that the hand held steamer relaxes the wrinkles, and brings the ruffles back to life. It has beautiful ruffles on the front with faux buttons.
