@pamdicker Lying flat the PTP is 19", waist is 16"; however, as the back and the waist is smocked, it stretches out by another 2" beyond those measurements, it is a lovely bohemian dress. The length at the longest tip is 31" measured from the back to hem. I'll lower the price on Friday to trigger the discounted shipping.
