tscollectibles ok sorry for long delay afterwards i almost forgot its tricky if i press it flat so sides stretch out to its almost 18 inches across just where band decor goes around . but if i measure frim seam to seam n dont invluse side pirtion its 15 across and the yip gets narrower also 15 these are approximate. frim seam sy bottom to top zip 12.5 inches . if sqished bottom flat ie not very full you might gain just under another inch. hope this helps.
