Intentionally Blank baby blue heels size : 8.5/9

Intentionally Blank baby blue heels size : 8.5 / 9 Size says 10 but they do not fit like a 10 , I am an 8.5/ 9 and they fit perfectly. Heel measure 1.5 inches Seam of straps coming undone a little bit on one side . Can be repaired with a little bit of glue. Cannot be seen on the outside of the shoes. Otherwise in good condition
