Does this fit like an XL? I am definitely not that size, I would say I am more of a M/L. Would you happen to have the measurement across the hips? 17" in the bust would be good. I am probably around a 43" so with the stretch it would work fine but I also worry that an XL would be baggy overall. Thanks!
