Gorgeous blue and white summer formal dress. Upper body 98% polyester 2% spandex waistband 100% polyester. Lower body 100% polyester lining as well 100% polyester. PTP 14 Length to the top of the red ribbon 11 Total length 32 in. Waistband at ribbon 12 in. This dress is in excellent condition although the threading has come out of the material on the neck. Easy fix for someone. Less than a ten minute fix.
