one of a kind dress for the late 80s , early 90s. blue with white polka dots. vest is attached and can be unzipped tie waist allows for defined waist and proper fit zipper in the back. size 14 but fits like size 12 to 14 or XL. pit to pit is 22 inches shoulder to hem is 45 inches. minor wear under armpits.
