MEC , kids 4 , waterproof , fleece lined jacket

There is a repair / stitch job to the top of the zipper. The zipper does not zip up about 1/4 inch right at top. The 3rd photo shows the amount it doesn’t zip. There are signs of wear at sleeve / seams. Fully waterproof, inside is excellent condition fleece lined. Size 4 , but my daughter wore until nearly 6!
