Metal and crystal Bracelet

I found this bracelet at a church bazaar so I don't know the provenance or the age. I don't know what the metal is, although I used a polishing cloth and quite a lot of residue was left on the cloth. It fits a 7-inch wrist and has a toggle clasp. The bracelet has some weight to it. There doesn't appear to be any brand name. The largest circle is 1.5 inches across.
