This Haptics by Holly Harper dress is gorgeous and SO comfortable. It features: -flow, slightly sheer red outer fabric -soft, stretchy red lining fabric -pockets! -slight ruffle shoulder sleeve with elastic wrist and bottom ruffle -ruffled tiered skirt -faux button front NWOT. I purchased it but never wore it out. Tag size is 2X. Approximate flat measurements unstretched: -18" shoulder seam to shoulder seam -23" waist -32" hips (width where first and second skirt tier meet) -41" length down the back (25" just skirt) -31" sleeve length from top sleeve seem to bottom sleeve hem Fabric is 100% polyester.
