NWOT Luuka Tulle Maxi Skirt

Purchased from a boutique, this unique piece mixes cotton and tulle for a relaxed but fashionable look. EUC - never worn as the waist is a bit too big for me (I purchased without trying on). The top section is cream and the bottom is dark grey. Just needs a steam as it’s wrinkled from storage.
