biljanav Hello! This looks more like a cycling rain cap that fits over a helmet. Could you please confirm the circumference? It looks really big for a running hat!

red_curl Hi. This cap has an elastic cord with toggle to tighten the cap and make it more secure. When it is loosened, the circumference is approx. 34". Thanks
