New item no tags. 3 tiers of solid sterling silver each holding 2 gems, so lots of silver in this ring. Open "hugging" style. Gems are lab created with all the characteristics, colour, cut and clarity of mined stones without the big hit to the pocket book. 2 deep blue sapphires, 4 white diamonds.
