"One-Of-A-Kind Show" Purchase: Rectangular Necklace - Never Worn

I purchased this neat little necklace several years ago at the "One of A Kind Show" but have never worn it. I'm not sure if it made out of wood or something else. Both sides have the same design. Please see photos for measurements.
