This lovely red party dress is by R&M Richards in a Size 10, style # 1149 made in the USA. It has short sleeves and a faux wrap cascade front with a built in cami., softly shaped shoulder pads and gathers around the waist embellished with a gorgeous crystal oval accent. It is washable, 95% polyester 5% spandex lined in 100% polyester and a lovely weight fabric that skims the body and doesn’t cling. It slips over your head, there are no pockets or zippers. A size 10 the measurements are: Bust 38”, Waist 30” and the Hips are 40”.
