Fully lined with off -white lining with ruffle at the bottom in same fabric as the dress. Sash under the bust can be tied at the front or the back. Says large but it's definitely not a US Large. I would say size small (mannequin is small and it fits her perfectly) 16.5" pit to pit 34" chest 28" waist 39" long.
