Ring - 14k Yellow Gold with Three Coral Beads - Size 3 - 4

Vintage 14k yellow gold wrap ring set with three coral beads. The ring is stamped 14k inside band. I believe it to be very small, possibly size 3 or 4. I do not have a ring gauge so all ring sizes are approximate. I am unsure if this style of ring can be re-sized. There is slight glue residue on the base of one of the beads.
