Scarf with decorative silvery metal embellishments

Soft brown cotton fabric scarf with crystal embellished silvery heart, hanging from a scrolled base and a rose link, ending with small silvery ball beads. Silvery metal of unknown type. Scarf is long enough to go around the neck twice (see pics for measurements) and either tie loosely at the back, or drape around the front Has been decorating my bedroom corner lamp for about 10 years as per picture and it looks amazing on a cream shade. I haven't seen anything similar for a very long time.
