Personal measurements taken with leggings laying flat. Waist relaxed comes in at 14”. Stretched comfortable rolls in at 16”. High waisted coming in hot with a 10” rise. Inseam is 26”. 🖤 material composition is 92% Polyester and 8% Spandex 🖤 brand new without tags. Never worn. Never washed.
