@taffypan hi! I think these fit very true to size-sneakers are tough with what that even means lol
in my opinion, I find Nike to run small always and adidas sometimes to run large. the half sizing on these makes it a great fit-somewhere in the middle. I don't suggest sizing up or down on Veja's as, I have a couple pairs (after pregnancy my foot size went up so I just do not wear these anymore) thats the best suggestion I can give based off my sneaker experience-hope it helps!
