Versus Sleeveless Dress

In good pre-owned condition. Size 26/40 = US 4 - 14.5 inches from pit to pit and 32.5 inches from shoulder to hem. Acetate, nylon & spandex blend. Made in Italy. Not sure if it is black or dark navy blue. We are divided on it over here. Thank you for looking!
