Vintage 1980 off-white evening diner dress

This beautiful and delicate diner dress has layers of beautiful draping. The skirt should be worn with a slip for maximum discretion...or not. The white is an off-white and does not have a yellow hue. The front is adorned with classic 1980's appliqué style. The shoulders have dramatic draping with shoulder pads.
