Vintage 70s Crinkle Fabric Teal Shirt Dress size small

Classic 1970's collared shirt dress in teal blue with skinny fabric waist tie by Ports International. Long sleeves with buttoned cuffs. Grey mother of pearl buttons with purple sheen. 36" long 33.5" bust 28" waist Size small Linen/cotton blend with a lengthwise crinkle look to it. It is airy but has some weight to it, so it might be linen, but I can't be sure. Handwash in cold sand hang to dry. In good vintage condition but some slight fafing, as shown. The tie has a yellow spot on it as shown in the last picture. Necklace is not included, is just shown for style.
