Vintage Flare low rise powder blue pants xs

1990s low rise flare cord pants. Gorgeous and very flattering. It states 28’ on the label but I’m 24’ and I just about fit in it. I’d say it’s 23’. Doesn’t have stretch to it due to cord material. Very well taken care of and was hemmed back then for someone about 5’2. Length is perfect for height of 5’3 and less. The hem needs tidying as it hasn’t been retouched since the 90s and the back pocket has a slight tear but that can be patched up super easily. Paid 200 for it back then! Tagging Sezane for style as it looks similar to some of their pants. Actual brand is Lois. Very popular in the 90s
