Vintage Kids Long Sleeve Orange Striped Blouse Shirt with Collar

How cute is this vintage kids long sleeved blouse made by Charmer! Orange with off white patterned stripes. Probably originally intended for girls but could work for any gender! Unsure of material but it feels light and has no stretch, so it is probably cotton. Maybe good for a child around 4-5 years old? Measurements: - Pit to pit 15" - Shoulder seam to shoulder seam 12.5" - Total length 19" - Sleeve 17" long from cuff to where it attaches to the body of the blouse Though the tag is worn, the shirt is in nice condition with no holes or stains.
