Vintage North american fashion frock |cape

beautiful vintage fashion cape. I wear a size medium but this is a bit snug on me so likely a size xs-s. Has a few imperfections, minor stains on the liner and an area in the arm hole where the lining has separated (shown in photos). Also has a sharpie heart drawn on the liner by the tag. such a cool piece. I am sad it doesnt fit me.
