Vintage Pagoda jewellery box

Vintage Pagoda jewellery box UNIQUE one of a kind find! Beautiful rich hardwood and hand etched brass fittings. Rich red and reddish colors because those are lucky and very pretty! ❤️😍 Sort of a puzzle box as each drawer is made to fit in one spot. Etched Brass fittings. Flowers and leaves, stamens and anthers. The little door knockers on top are men in traditional hats, I believe. Inside are hinged drawer pulls that lie flat or lever out. Lined in red (of course!) brocade satin fabric (not the smooth stuff that pulls but a durable weave). 2 drawers on top for easy access. 3 drawers behind the brass lock (divided into 3 with 8 ring rolls, divided into 2, 1 undivided). Base: 11.75x6.75”, top: 13.5x7” Height: 10.25” EUC vintage c. 1970s. Made in Hong Kong. Comes with original lock but missing key (I used a pair of old tweezers to open it). Hardwood that was stained a dark burgundy rosewood colour. Now it looks more golden brown but still with those burgundy red tones. Looks more authentic with time and age, right? 😀👍 Definitely some nicks and scratches even though it just sat there holding jewellery. But overall it is solid. One of the rear gingerbread details is cracked. The feet are intact.
