Vintage Pantel Montreal Floral Tie-Back Maxi Dress Size 12 (Runs Small)

PM (Pantel Montreal) vintage black maxi dress with an all over floral print in red, blue and green. Sleeveless. V neckline. High waist band with attached back ties. Heavier fabric with some stretch. Pre owned in very good condition. 100% Polyester Approx. measurements: Shoulders 12” Bust 16” Waist 15.5” Length 56” Please note - vintage sizes tend to run small. I wear a size 10 and this fits me perfectly except for length which is a bit long (I am 5’4”).
