Vintage Rouie collared floral dress w/ belt

This dress even still has its original belt! The fabric is in excellent shape. It's soft and vibrant and it moves beautifully. This is tagged as a 6 and I'm listing it as a M. The model featured usually wears S-M Pit to pit 18 in. Waist 13 in. Sleeve (from neck, there is no shoulder seam) 11.5 in. Length 47.5 in. This item is part of a collection I like to call “The Joyce Boutique”. Joyce recently moved into memory care. Fashion has always been important to her and she assembled an extensive wardrobe over the years. She focused a lot on Canadian designers and you’ll find some amazing vintage gems in The Joyce Boutique! I came into possession of her clothes through a family friend who wanted to ensure they didn’t land in a dumpster when the house’s new owner renovated. 50% of all profit from pieces in this collection are sent to Joyce.
