Vintage TVO Polka Dot Door Shorts Dumpty Plush!

Adorable little Dumpty plush from the tv show Polka Dot Door and Polka Dot Shorts. This one was part of a set. Small size, well made and quite detailed. Tag has been cut off. Some minor fraying on the edges of the velvet ribbon around his waist. Very minor play wear, overall nice shape :)
