Vintage hand sewn wrap dress 80’s/90’s seamstress made

Hand seen by a seamstress in kelowna, she custom tailored her own wardrobe for special events throughout the past 30-40 years and lead a rich life. Shoulder pads help create a very sleek silhouette, perfect for a graduation, wedding gift, mother of the bride etc This dress is gorgeous, a figure flattering wrap dress with hand sewn elements. Would fit approx a 12-14. I will add measurements later April 30th.
