Vintage short sleeve prairie dress cream with gold polka dots

This dress is so sweet. There are no tags on it, so I don’t know the make or materials of this(possibly homemade?). It is a vintage prairie style short sleeve dress with 3 pearl like buttons, and a collar. The dress also has a tie that does around the back. Ptp is approx 15”-17” Shoulder to hem is approx 55” There are no flaws with this dress, and no wear to note. The dress is a stretchy material.
