XTaren medium polka dot mini dress

I have loved this cream and brown polka dot dress! You’ll note a polka dot trend in my closet! The top is sheer and looks really cute with a bralette. The skirt is lined but also looks nice over leggings. Elastic waistband with decorative tie (note: one of the tie loops is partially off as shown in picture and needs to be resewn). The slightly ruffled collar adds a nice detail!
