1945-1951 Occupied Japan Hand-painted Ceramic Red Golden Pheasant Figurine

Pheonix-like Red Golden Pheasant, also known as the Rainbow Pheasant or Chinese Pheasant, figurine in blue, green, red, and yellow with floral detail and hand painted gold detail.  Bottom is stamped Made in Occupied Japan,  which refers to the years 1945-1951, when Western forces occupied Japan. • 6"t x 4"w x 2.5"d • Stamped • Gold painted body, eyes and feet This  pretty peacock like bird statuette is in great condition, with a couple manufacturing imperfections and minimal paint wear.  Please refer to photos.
