90s/ Y2K Jones New York lined button up. Black textured with cream stippling print. Collared, button down, rolled sleeves, side slits. This is way cuter in person, and would look great styled open with just the top button buttoned and a mini or maxi skirt. Size 6, No stretch, fits true to size. Excellent condition.
