This is in fair condition, there are flaws particularly to the back of the upper panel as you can see in the photos and to the front there is some discolouration. Treated with stain remover, did fade a bit after treatment. Laundered and clean. Material is worn, mildly pilled/abraided to the crotch and inner sides of legs. Measurements of item flat and unstretched: Waist straight across: 13.75 inches Inseam: 8 inches Rise: 19.5 inches
