This is an EXTREMELY limited edition Care Bear sparkling figurine that was given out to the first 100 customers at each Sprinkles Cupcakes, seven years ago, to celebrate National Hug Day. The figurine is still in its original, unopened plastic packaging. There are a few random sparkles loose inside the bag where the figurine has been living since 2017, but has never been opened ever.
