Beautiful floral dress. Worn once to my daughter’s highschool graduation. Sheer arms, build in black slip through body. V neck and elastic wasted that cinches to make bottom flow instead of stick to body. I have thick arms and have no problem with the sleeves as they’re made to be loose. Arms go to about elbow.
