Hand Knit Mohair Cardigan

Just a wee bit obsessed with this cardigan, is putting it mildly. Cocoon style emerald teal mohair with subtle pops of purple & blue. Weirdly the cable center front, back & hemlines is knitted from what seems to be 100% acrylic. Did not expect that, but it doesn't make it any less valuable. The original buttons were a brown/copper color, and they did not look good. Amazingly I had a small piece of raw silk that was exactly the right color, I made new ones & now it is perfection! Look at them, they blend right into the bobble in the knit. I have sewn in three extra buttons to the inner lower side seam, just in case. Raglan sleeve construction, two lower front patch pockets. Super cute cable knit with bobble detail through the center front & back. It's very soft & cozy. Not itchy. Also the actual color is more on the emerald teal side, I can't seem to capture it accurately. Medium/Large sizing; Shoulders 15/16" Flat body 22" Sleeve length 24" Flat sleeve width 8" Flat closed hem width 28" Sweater length 34" I think it would look super cute worn as a dress with slouchy boots!
