Jigsaw vintage 90’s whimsigoth gothic velvet dress (size 16, L) purple to black

Amazing and unique dress. Feels like it’s from the 90’s but I don’t know for sure. Has a lining but some parts are a little bit see through. It’s hard to show in a photo. Very beautiful silky to the touch velvet. Sits very well on the body. Tag says size 16, but for me fits like L.
